Process

  • Feature request

    Initial requests usually came from a product manager or myself, when we got insights from market research, customers during interviews or user behaviour stats like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

  • Request analysis

    After discovery results analysis, the team meetings were organised to discuss current implementation and customer feedback.

  • Problem statement

    Formulating user problems and defining related scenarios in collaboration with different stakeholders to identify focus areas.

  • Create a solution

    Prototyping a few solutions, considering existing design patterns, best practices, previous implementations and limitations.

  • Review and user testing

    Solutions validation via internal discussions with stakeholders, unmoderated online user testing (MazeApp) and user interviews.

  • Design delivery and support

    Final design preparation, spec documentation to deliver to a development team, support and reviews of implementation.
